Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations and Changes

At Sharper Vision, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to best serve all our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the available time slot to another client in need of an appointment.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your appointment, a $25.00 fee will be charged to you. This policy helps us minimize gaps in scheduling and ensures that our services remain accessible to all clients.

3. How to Cancel or Reschedule

4. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
